    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 -#24

I still do not see the time of 7.30 being necessarily suspicious in terms of guilt or innocence IMO. If somebody's behavior is totally out of character ie. not being where they usually would be it would be natural to be worried and if he has made phone calls to certain people regarding her...

With respect Trooper could you please explain your view, particularly re timing being out. I recall you saying this before and did not understand why then either.

IMO statistics are NOT proof they just point strongly to GBC being a person who had probable means, motive, and opportunity. But this still leaves the possibility for there being reasonable doubt in a court case unless supported by very good forensic evidence and verifiable witness evidence. I...

Just remember very loud arguments can, and often, happen but people don't get murdered that often. From memory the other screams were reported down Rafting road near Rees Way and the (Creekside?) Park there - approx. 1.5km by walking down Boscombe and 2.2 by car down Rafting road IMO too far...

I realize what you are trying to say and I certainly believe innocent until proven guilty. However a lot of comments do assume guilt already. The point i was trying to make is that if I had had an argument with my husband esp. one where the police(may) have been called and he disappeared...

I agree. That is why I think it might have been someone else that Alison knew - either she contacted, went to see, went outside chance meeting someone she knows seeing her upset

Perhaps the lawyer told them all to "shut up". Publicly proclaiming innocence is not proof of innocence. People will judge anyway and he would have still been dammed if he did and is obviously dammed because he didn't. Silence is golden. I daresay all the family both sides have much more...

Here is some more because the last one was long  There have been many different clues discussed all making one gi-normous puzzle where changing or adding just one or two little bits can change the whole scenario. In saying this I have no feeling’s one way or the other about the GBC...

Hi Everyone Its ages since I’ve posted due to study/ work commitments but try and keep following the threads as best I can without skipping. By the time I’ve caught up then there’s not enough time to post…somebody else said this recently. Also got quite frustrated about three days ago after...

The "granny pash" thing seems to occupy people's thoughts too much in my opinion. I do not see it as necessarily evidence of poor taste ... If you look at the clip it seems obvious that the camera has a telephoto lens on the couple and it is also raining. To (the BC's) the media may have seemed...

Pardon me but is this the first time it has been mentioned about GBC having scratches the day of the cross country??? I cannot recall this ever being mentioned. All previous mention of scratches seem to be connected as possible results of the argument or DV on the night Allison was last seen...

Thread 8, post #876 and #887 by Keyboredom "Interesting, seems like another police snippet allowed for release maybe? I was told from a sensible source someone saw a white 4wd and another 'smaller blue car' parked very close behind it on Mt Crosby road. The person saw the cars in their own...

Strangeworld I've done a quick search of media reports and cant find any mention of cars being outside the store, however given that the original witness reports sparked many other.... "It is understood that several people have since come forward with information. "...

Sorry that didn't work HMMMM ! look closely in walking mode at the corner of Mt Crosby Road and Hawksbury Road.......General store with a pull off area and phone box as described ...also on direct route towards where Allison's body was found. Even theough Anstead is shown on the map as a...

Morning everyone I'm not familiar with the area but remember a post in a previous thread saying that the witness described the two cars being pulled up very close to each other outside a store at Anstead and there is a telephone box outside. Perhaps this is the one...The general store Anstead is...
