That is objectively the wrong type of visa for students or highly skilled workers. Both CV and Loureiro came in on F-1 student visas. When CV dropped out of school, he became ineligible to stay in the country on the visa. The diversity visa program was probably his only shot at staying in the US...

Not sure where the car was found. The warehouse all the police activity was at is just a couple of businesses down from the storage facility.

This warehouse is what’s being looked at by news choppers and there’s a decent police presence in the parking lot. Assume this is where the car was found. Right across the border and off 93.

What we know right now is media has reported the rental car from the Brown homicide may be consistent with a vehicle associated with the MIT homicide.

I assume we will get an ID at the press conference if the suspect really is in the wind at this point. If they’re continuing to follow leads, probably won’t get an update until they either lose the trail or he’s captured.

WPRI is reporting that the second person has been located and interviewed.
