    Reading what you wrote made me think of the mother . There was an unidentified woman found in 1950 in Virginia or West Virginia but I remember the woman had auburn hair and a perm. I wonder if she is connected to this kid.. the little kid had auburn hair ….oh just thinking out loud here.
