    Incest means they are the parents of the children. Being charged with incest is like being charged with extreme rape - it is a more severe charge because it acknowledges it was your child that you raped. Sounds like the 2 younger adults are the parents of the twins, they both abused them...

    I wonder if there are any details being held back. And has there been an autopsy, any further details about COD released? I recall there were details about James Bulger's torture and murder held back simply because they were so awful :(
