In theory, it could be possible. In our district HS students can 'dual enroll'--my son is a senior and takes a few college classes at a community college half the day. They fulfill his senior requirements for the parallel subject offered at HS level, and he earns the college credit. The student...

Yes, with grief it usually works the other way. It's almost impossible to carry on with daily tasks because grief overwhelms you. I've never in my life met a parent who lost a child who could pick and choose when to grieve.
