Back in the early nineties, Tobin lived in a flat in my home town with his son. He hired two young girls to babysit. he attacked one or both ,I can't remember now, then turned on the Gas taps. Both managed to escape ,He was convicted for this so I know he was in Hampshire around that time,

I have just caught this story on Sky News , how bizarre is all I can say !!
