As a local who helped search, there was a lot of talk that they could not report her missing until 24 hours passed.
By posters, are you asking about the original flier that had the phone numbers for WH and JH but not NPD?

I may have interpreted wrong but, I took almost a month as related to his arrest date and the week before as related to the date of AJ's disappearance. So, really both are referring to the same time period. Did you interpret that way as well or am I off base?

It's likely because they take a new mug shot each time charges are added. The first pic is the original. The second is when the animal charge was added. The third is probably when he was indicted. I don't know if that's exactly what these are, but those are typical procedures at the NSO.
