I also find it interesting that some outlets are saying "found on the rocks" and some are saying "washed a shore". To me, knowing the area, those indicate totally different scenarios! Did she fall from the trail on to the rocks or did she come from elsewhere and actually wash ashore? It has...

I would think the tattoo and surgical wound would have been added to any missing person's flier/details - it's so weird ot me that no one has missed her!!
