But long before finding his body, LE declared that he was deceased and she was charged with murder. So they have proof of death. Presumably that proof of was found here in CO.

And probably her name!

Uh... there are plenty of dispensaries in Colorado Springs. PLENTY. One about 1/2 mile down Nevada from Petco and probably half a dozen within a mile along Fillmore. They're literally all over town.

I read that the warrant was issued on Friday or Saturday. I believe she said “the date is wrong - I didn’t know about this until yesterday.” Thinking that she was maybe being accused of evading the arrest since the warrant date or something.

How do you *know* that LE didn’t know? If this was an assumption you made, what led you to this assumption? Because I assume quite the opposite. I assume that they knew every step of the way where she was. Whether an EPC Sheriff was watching her here, or there, EPC requested that the local...

But according to the paperwork, when she rented this car it had *5* miles on the odometer.
