Uh... there are plenty of dispensaries in Colorado Springs. PLENTY. One about 1/2 mile down Nevada from Petco and probably half a dozen within a mile along Fillmore. They're literally all over town.
i would argue that we don’t even * know* that the car was returned on or close to empty. The receipt did not say “0/8”. It just said “/8”.

I read that the warrant was issued on Friday or Saturday. I believe she said “the date is wrong - I didn’t know about this until yesterday.” Thinking that she was maybe being accused of evading the arrest since the warrant date or something.
