One camera was off by 53 minutes but from what I gather they all headed that way on camera around 6:28

shortly after the news of the murders broke that cell phone went offline and was never powered up again.

the cell phone was later tracked to the location where the baby was dropped off (abandoned) at the exact same time baby was dumped in...
