    Another thing............. Why in the world would DS need to call RS, at the last minute, to get the phone number of a house he had been calling every day to speak to his children? Wouldn't he have already had this number, or at least taken it with him - if that was his plan all along?

    Most people can easily make a 750 (or less) mile trip in 10 or 10 1/2 hours - especially if you pick up your McDonalds from the drive through or get it right in the gas stations. Many are right in the gas station or truck stop now. (easy to gas up, pick up your food and hit the road) ;)

    Most gas stations and other stores have security cameras pointing right at you when you enter and when you leave....so he could have a series of 'impersonator' sightings through out those 2 days.
