Per an earlier post does seem too quick for ancestral DNA so maybe prior record and DNA on file? I know innocent until proven guilty - but a nice looking guy really - it's just mind boggling to understand how someone does this and blows the rest of their life. My guess would be a weak family...

Does AZ have the death penalty?

So will they go for the death penalty? I see it is legal in TN. Assuming all the evidence lines up I can't think of a more perfect use of the death penalty. I don't see why he deserves to live.

IMO somebody told CBR the fabricated story. I don't think he is smart enough to have put it together. Somebody crafted the story after hearing all the testimony. I suspect a family member. Which included making the "jack" comment. CBR is an evil looking person.

When CBR gave his bizarre store in closing this immediately hit me: he (or someone else) took all the testimony from the trial (mainly that other DNA had been found in the trunk) and crafted a story that "fit" all the testimony. My gut also thought it wasn't CBR but someone else dreamed up...

I think you are right. Most of the time things work out. But in this case, It's possible dad wasn't paying close enough attention and now look where he stands. We don't know the outcome here yet but there is a chance that poor choices by PM and possibly lack of a doting dad could have blown...

I am really starting to wonder if mom and dad were paying attention, really paying attention to what their boys were up to. From what we know about PM now and his drinking habits, why would his dad let him take a boat out at night. What else were they not paying attention to?

This is where IMO the legaleze could divert from reality. The boat was the Murdaughs. The boat was the responsibility of Paul that night. IMO I don't care who was physically driving the boat - he was responsible and from all accounts he was acting completely irresponsible that night.

They probably didn't have a search warrant for every home. Just a thought and I am no expert. Terrible. Has anyone every heard of a gene study of male pedofiles? There has to be something there. These guys cannot be cured. I am going to research that. If not someone needs to get on that...
