    Negligent child abuse resulting in serious bodily harm. I was just looking this up myself. I'm wondering why it isn't Negligent child abuse resulting in death? Or is it the same?

    Thank you so much to everyone that took the time and effort to post continued updates. I just read this from beginning to end in one sitting. Heartbreaking, so painful. I'm at a loss.
