Family will have to endure more of JA if they file a civil suit or if JA gets an appeal. I think they can most definitely win a civil suit. Hopefully no appeals will be granted. If there is one it could be a worse outcome for JA.jmo

These meetings are only secret to the press. The people who need to know what they are about are in the meetings. The judge made it clear from the beginning that the press was not going to be privy to the proceedings.

But, they can give her one of the other sentences can't they. They don't have to declare that they are only hung on DP. Did that make sense?
