I can definitely understand why somebody with video of the? VOI wouldn't want their location or any identifying information released. I can only hope the video was turned over to LE and the PI.

Very good question. I certainly hope this is unrelated, but to me it's looking like the perp is bragging and taunting, which makes the whole thing even scarier than it already is.

Thank you, I was just going to ask what the big dots mean... So in the case of this graffiti, it's game over for the ghost.... And why is the ghost female? That seems significant since there is a mrs pacman, but no female ghosts.....
