"No doubt, hopefully misadventure will be open on the basis of that autopsy report." Looks like he is hoping misadventure is an option for his client but is not necessarily too hopeful that that will be the case.

Is it just me? I see so many mustangs now. All different colours but still makes me think of ST.

This certainly sounds consistent with what i have seen. They are able to get the blood under these circumstances whether the person is conscious or not.

They certainly do require a substantial reason to gain blood work from people to test for drugs or alcohol which is conducted in a hospital environment. Usually this is when there has been a significant injury or fatality which i have only ever witnessed with relation to mva's.

Even when a person is arrested for drug related issues they are rarely tested from what i have seen. Drink or drug driving would be the only exceptions i am aware of

I am not sure if it is routine to drug test all when arrested unless for drug related issues which this may well be i guess

I agree with Karinna re facebook. I am not on it either so rely on you all for posting snippets on here to get a handle on ST, AD and RB if anyone could find him.

I had wondered if this was the case too. Emotionally hard times due to the feeling of being uncertain of what ST was involved with or feeling unable to help even if they had an inkling of what he was involved with?

Thanks. I recall earlier in the threads that AD was reported to have left due to a bad back for some reason but was this the 'official' reason or just what he may have reported to family/friends?

Does anyone else wonder if AD was released from the military for other reasons than physical? He did manage to become a bench press champion with that bad back? Hmmmm.
