I believe you're looking at his prior bondout, not any bondout from his last (present) arrest. The upper listings are the most current on Vinelink. This was the lowest listing (therefore the older one). ZA was last arrested *after* 02/26/2014. As per Vinelink: Custody Status: Out of Custody...

I believe that's an old mug shot (Oct 2012), as according to WSMV. WSMV Article Also, other media agencies seemed to have that mugshot nearly before he was even booked in.

Quoted post BBM. Now *that* is a significant sign. Nothing guaranteed, but a better sign they may not leave empty handed without results. This search warrant never appeared to be executed with a high level of "specific" direction or knowledge, even tho probable cause surely had to be met, tho we...

The details are not quite specific enough to judge 100% accurately, but from what is described, this would not be an aggravated assault charge. Being as the perp did grab her, it would be a simple battery charge (at minimum), however if he displayed a weapon or inferred that he had a weapon, it...

Just as an FYI, the holes put in vehicles for dent pullers and body repairs are never larger than 1/4" (and typically even smaller than that). A large hole in auto body sheet metal is the hardest thing to repair, so no self-respecting body shop would put these size holes in any vehicle, even to...

I've been thinking of the LE's search of the well. They said they used a camera and found it to be "clear" (no sign of Holly). But I wonder if the well bottom was dry (dry well) or had water (groundwater)? I presume it would likely have groundwater and have an unknown water depth. Regardless if...

New Search Warrants in Holly Bobo case 28 February 2014 #1

In my earlier post I specified a "rifled slug" as the only possibility for a hole that large (tho I believe they are just stickers). Though it is made for shotguns, there is no "scatter" with a slug, as in all other typical shotgun shells. A rifled slug, or "slug", is a solid one-piece...

The bullet hole stickers are often sold in a pack with various assorted diameters. If the car was hit by actual bullets/slugs from one firearm they would all be fairly uniform size (the only exception being if they hit a curved body part and tore the metal "sideways"). I really believe, from...

Original Quote BBM. The keywords here are "that appears to be". I have seen media report that a vehicle was "ridden with bullet holes", yet they were soon proven to be fake. I will believe they are actual ones only when LE confirms it, and not a minute sooner. Now I can agree with you. The...

I wouldn't claim these to be "actual" bullet holes just yet. Chances are far greater they are just the fake bullet holes applied to vehicles by owners with a "special" need of attention or humor. They are commonly sold on Ebay and elsewhere, and I've run across many vehicles displaying these...

Don't feel bad about posting it, tmhco. The content still holds true tho it's author needs a little 'work'. I think we can all feel safe to say that CMW has 0 chance for any insanity defense. His actions threw that defense waaay out the window.

I agree fully, jggordo. I also addressed a portion of this a moment ago, but I'll add that I have seen a number of victims shot at close range by a .22 LR rimfire, as well as many other (larger) calibers. Some victims were shot multiple times, up to 7-8 shots that entered various locations on...

There were actually 2 separate search warrants for the house at 1538 E. Stanford St. One search warrant (the 1st) pertained to Hailey's body and all evidence and property directly related to her. She was named as part of the search in the warrant. It also specifies her clothing and other...

Not that I'm aware of, but then again I haven't searched for it. The home's search warrant and inventory list was in several media links, however.

Yes it was. Those items retrieved from the laundromat were different than the items listed on the home search warrant 4 page inventory/property list, and the laundromat inventory list would have been on a different inventory list, not connected to the home search warrant.
