This has to be the same Tuck that @victoriarobinson642 found based on this newspaper article. Whoever clipped it also connected it to the NAMUS case number.

Hi everyone, I reached out to Marathon County public records to see if they had any additional information they could share and this is all they have available.
I don't know if this is helpful, but the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission will release records after a person has been deceased 50 years. They go by the date the person was declared deceased, which would not be for another ~2 years for Mr. Chocha. However, according to the PHMC...
This was interesting to me and a brief search of Ancestry confirmed that if I found the correct person, his parents were born in Poland (some say Russia), but they lived in New Jersey, so I'm not sure how close that link to royalty is. I checked Newspapers and only found the legal notices on...
On page 49, it states he served in England, not France. The only other concern I have is page 91 states he did light duty rather than combat it seems. I still think he's a reasonable candidate to rule out though!

Same with Peter Rush on his Pennsylvania, U.S., World War I Veterans Service and Compensation Files, 1917-1919, 1934-1948, it also states that he did not serve overseas.

I was curious about the adjudication as well and just came across this article. Technological Advances Help Identify 1986 Homicide Victim Found in Ida
“Shaun Daniel Brauner was murdered on June 3, 1986, in Detroit. Despite efforts by the Detroit Police and the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office...
I saw these two mentioned on Facebook, but neither have clothing or jewelry descriptions.
Jessica Lynn Goldsworthy – The Charley Project -I don't think that she would have been driven 3+ hours, but you never know.
The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) -slightly taller than...
A little more on the location she was found. It seems very close to the Reesers Summit exit. Feds seeking public’s help in identifying human remains found in central Pa.
