Ah, I see it now... the Daily Mail article appears to link them together. Having now read the bail application, all charges pertain to three victims, but charged for first and second degree murder for each of the 3. Indeed my news source sucked!
I'm not sure what the legalities of all this is...
Apologies for the terrible source (I don't like tabloid papers) but it appears that RH has been charged with Shannan's murder. At least the colloquially named Daily Fail lists Shannan as one of his victims. Content warning: Some of the contents of the article may be upsetting - the google...
That's a good question. I have been trying to identify those present at the Brewer house that night, but with great difficulty. I believe I know the names of 4 of the atendees - unfortunately I do not know how many were present, so there may be more that I have not identified.
In my city, the...
I'm not sure what the official stance is on this as I haven't researched for a while - I got too depressed knowing SCPD weren't doing anything with this case and that Marie, Shannan's mother, had passed. May they both rest in peace. After a conversation with Mr Ray it was evident that nobody...
Did he do it or did she, or did both of them do it together? That’s what I’m unsure of. No doubt they will try to cash in on the case somehow (since they’re benefit fraudsters too). Be interesting to see what they have to say but I’d have to drown it all in salt first.
Tricia, Hawkshaw,
Thank you both for this thread.
If you will recall, I was getting my teeth into this case and trying to figure out what was going on behind the scenes as far as sex parties and gatherings go.
After all, there is another group of men who call themselves hobbyists and do...
The story has been followed throughout by STV (Scottish version of ITV). I think they’ve been quite good with their coverage. It’s been all over the local newspapers. But I do agree that I haven’t seen it covered by other outlets, which could, and probably should have happened given the scale of...
I can’t speak for everyone here, but this local’s opinion was always that they were lying about her having just left, since nobody in the village had seen her for such a long time.
That blatant lie had people thinking, “what else are they lying about?”
Heh, came here to post today’s stv article but I see the info is already here (nicely done, sleuths).
I believe the grounds for surveillance need to be compelling for it to be allowed here in Scotland. However I am not sure the use of ‘bugs’ or devices is the type of surveillance the police...
Not buying it here either. I feel like the DA is using him as the fall guy before he leaves office - tying up this case would be a huge win for him.
He wants to close the case before he goes so that whoever he is protecting remains protected.

So Ms Jones moved back in. There's no sign of Mr Cairney. And on August 10th local paper by-lines said that the house is to be demolished.
I have one question and I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering, where is Mr Cairney and why (okay, two questions) didn't he return along side his partner...
I wasn't told any such thing. Please stop inventing things to further your vendetta against women with experience of the sex industry, and this case like Leanne or I.
