    GUILTY FL - Cherish Perrywinkle, 8, Jacksonville, 21 June 2013 #2

Ok. I'm just having a rough day and this case doesn't help my mood I guess. I should probably just step away now b/c the whole situation (what Cherish's mom did) just really is too much for me today and I worry I am coming off as argumentative.

That is the dispatch log that just says he took her to the dressing room. But the jax news article says that the report says she says he took her into the dressing room. Sorry to beat this dead horse but if the news article is saying the reports says he took her into the dressing room I would...

Is there a police report stating this? The police report I read from Sunday or Monday didn't say anything about a dressing room. Perhaps it has been updated? Link?

I'm sorry but I won't believe 100% what is written in an article. I will believe the surveillance cameras, phone records, the dispatch log, the police report, and the 911 call. But not what some joe-schmo puts in an online news article.

Yes, either way it's not okay. But what I'm reading from posters who are believing this article that he took her "into" the dressing room and thinking things such as how things must not have ever been normal in Cherish's life for her to not be upset by some strange guy taking her to a changing...

But you can't believe everything you see or read on the web. Just the other day people were posting how Jackie Chan died and were sad about it. Newspapers like to create drama and saying she went "into" with DS sounds much more interesting than "to".

THANK YOU! I'm not defending the mom but I really don't care for it when people take one thing and twist it into something else.

That's what most decent mothers would have done.

I find it more plausible that the mom knew Cherish went with him. I just don't see a child following him to McDonald's with out the mom's permission. Also, he knew what he was doing and wasn't going to just take a chance that Cherish would possibly follow him. He had control of the situation and...

I can see that happening. I once lost my 9 yo dd at a cross country meet she was running in. It was a huge event (regional championships) and extremely crowded.... I'm talking probably at least 500 people. After her race I couldn't find her anywhere, not the team tent, not at the finish line...

Aggravated waiting for the aggravation phase #6

IMHO I don't care if JA gets the DP or LWOP.... I'm just happy she was convicted of 1st degree murder and will never set foot in society again.

So I hear on HLN, people are saying that they should take the DP off the table b/c of how she is unstable (the phone call setting up the interview for after the verdict, and the verdict). I'm sorry but she is a sociopath, psychopath, whatever you want to call her... but she is not unstable and...
