I don't know if this Judge Chris Piazza could be assigned to the Marianna Case. But the trial for Anne's case isn't until September, which is too far away. Vance will most likely take a plea deal, which he don't need.

If LE does not need a plea bargain to convict him, the why offer it? And for Capital Murder? That don't make sense. Usually a plea wouldn't even be up for discussion, especially in a murder case like this.
