Great point, IMO, cluciano63. I have wondered this as well. I'm not sure, I'd have to go back and look, but when did it become public knowledge that Heather was missing? I just find it strange there was no outgoing call record to Heather on his phone or tm's phone after the early morning...

Catlady, I do not believe you are a "frootoop" at all. I have recently been reading information regarding these techniques. I was just unsure to what level of crimes they extend the opportunity to apply such techniques. Thank you for your input!
