I voted that they should prosecute. All this case has done is shown that its ok to lie to police, lie in depositions and lie in court with no consequences.

I should have been more clear on my probation question. Probation for the felony check charges. I thought probation was supposed to start at the end of this trial.

I tried to watch the hearing this morning but didn't hear if there will be probation. Did anyone hear anything about it?

Wasn't there some pictures from Casey's laptop that the police showed George and he went out to throw up? Not sure if those were sealed or just not used. I don't believe there was anything inappropriate about Caylee. Maybe the TH are confusing those pictures.

I believe Lee was truthful today. The 'angry' face Friday says a lot to the dynamics of the family. I think the family has walked on egg shells around her for a long time and Lee was pushed out, hurt and is still being placed last.

I believe she acted alone. If she had any help, they would have come up with a better plan.

I still believe as strongly as ever. There are too many questions with no answers and it just doesn't add up. No one sits in jail for 2 1/2 years in protective custody away from friends and family for a crime they didn't commit. The Defense tactics are shameful.

I would hope that there were no ulterior motives and they just want to see their daughter one last time and tell her they love her before she goes away. On the other hand, it wouldn't surprise me if they were up to something.

Looks like another oops on page 11, number 11. I think they meant the Defense not the State. The Court included that in the Order that the State experts had been "retained at tax payer's expense". This is not accurate. Some of the experts have or will submit requests for reimbursement of...

Hi, I hope this is the correct thread for this question. Mods please remove if it is not. If (when) ICA is convicted and there is an automatic appeal, will she be transfered to prison or will she stay at the jail in protective custody? Thank You
