Has anyone considered that she might be from Canada? Her first document is an Idaho driver's license. She may have crossed the border and began the work to assume a different identity. Laciner
Why should we assume that "Laciner" is a correct spelling? In writing a note from a telephone conversation, perhaps the other party to the call said something like "Lassiter" but she didn't know how to spell it correctly and she wrote "Laciner".- MKron

I don't think it has been revealed whether the State Department shows that her passport was ever logged in/out. She claimed to be visiting London and Germany in March 1990.
