I’ve never seen a situation where there’s a real possibility the lead prosecutor and/or the lead detective could get bounced from the case for misconduct… on the second trial. Insane

She will receive credit for the seven years she’s already served.

Two deliberating jurors and one alternate were dismissed this morning after lengthy questioning in Judge’s chambers. Jury was reformed with the two remaining alternates and sent home for the day. They will start from scratch tomorrow.

I am wondering if Dr Blue received permission from GP’s family to confirm the non-pregnancy. I’m sure everyone anticipated that it would be asked and perhaps they took the opportunity to shut it down. Otherwise, it would seem to fall under autopsy findings he’s not allowed to release. Odd. IMO

Yikes. Did they get swatted? You’d think the NPPD would be on the lookout for that kind of thing. People are pretty mad at this family. IMO

Hoo boy. Prayers for the safety of anyone who has to dive in a flooded swamp. I’m grateful for all of these searchers doing dangerous and exhausting work to try to bring answers to GP’s family. IMO.

I believe the Puerto Rico theory was based on one of GP’s trial/hiking apps showing that as its location. However, other posters indicated that app allows one to choose the location it shows and that it (maybe) defaults to where it was downloaded. GP may have been in PR when she downloaded it...

If they had a fight and BL stormed off and didn’t return leaving GP with van, I think she probably would have alerted the authorities as soon as possible that he was missing. That’s what a normal person would do having lost their partner in the wilderness. IMO.

If that was the case, he could tell the police. They could verify her whereabouts and tell her family she is alive without disclosing the location. That happens pretty regularly with voluntary missing people. I can’t imagine that OCD/Anxiety would be made better if she were to exit treatment...
