I think that the lawyer could say it was entrapment none of it matters it is just a game once in the hands of the court. The lawyers try everything they can to get it thrown out.

In reading the link there is another mother child murder from same mall and another mother child assault/robbery at the same mall. The mall should have increased security by 10 after the second attempt so scary, sounds like a serial killer in the making. I hope they find who ever is doing this.
