A lot can happen during the 10 sec. interval with the web cam! I don't know if the car pulled away or went back in. Reporters backed way off.

It was missing from the shot for several minutes. The angle must have changed. (embarrased!)

I jumped the gun. Either the camera angle changed or the RV was moved, but it is now in sight, and whoever was standing out front is now gone. Sorry, everyone!!
