I read that he was out on parole/probation at the time and that date is the date he was 'discharged' from MDOC. I'll see if I can find where I read that and post it.

I can't believe this is the only thread about this case. It seems there are a lot of locals here and some of the other local cases, Chelsea Bruck/Danielle Stislicki/Julia Niswender etc. had numerous threads. Anyways, the other day I was thinking....she was found bound with 'christmas lights'...

So what does this mean or what exactly are they doing? Is this a normal proceeding with cases? Just looking for a basic explanation as to why this is happening. I'd imagine with all the covid stuff going on, that January date will be moved again...

THanks for the dates. I will be on a cruise that week also! I watched all of the Chelsea Bruck stuff and I hate to miss all this!! But I would be glued to my phone/video the whole time...maybe it'll get moved for some reason!

In response to your last paragraph, I believe they stated the phone records showed his phone at his home from late (like 11pm-430am or something) until early the next morning. I don't have the exact times but I do recall seeing the image of it.

They put a tracker on the car a few days later, so they know it was working. I"m sure he is also on camera at other locations. I want to say they saw it on the one street camera video they showed. I wonder if they have his DNA in the driver's seat of her Jeep...I don't remember them mentioning...

Yes, I couldn't stand listening to her. She would start to ask a question and then stop and rephrase it so the witness had to explain a very vague question. Most of the time this left them very confused on what she was even asking and her tone was like she was scolding a young child. The looks...
