I found the time stamp information very interesting as presented on HLN tonight. Sunset there at that time of year is on average around 6:15 to 6:30 pm. That is IMO a lot of daylight time between "Guys, Down the Hill" and darkness for no one to have seen anything. What am I missing? IMHO, Etc

IMHO all this back and forth regarding the fairness of RL's sentence is not actually useful sleuthing for the crime. It's a reflection of everyone'should frustration with lack of detail in the case. The court seems to have applied a sentence appropriate within their guidelines.

I wonder if the longer time for processing when a suspect is involved is related to ensuring accuracy before clearing them rather than simply trying to find a match out there. It is a curious difference .....
