I would think that a snake crashing through a ceiling would awaken most people. I wouldn't know, but it seems like it would be very loud. Such a strange and tragic story, though :(
Chiming in here. Maybe it's just me, but I think if the jury was wanting to convict GZ of manslaughter because they knew there wasn't enough evidence to convict for Murder 2 and just wanted a compromise verdict, I think they would have already done it. I know us women are emotional and mothers...
One thing that has bothered me is the missing fishing pole. I don't remember, but did LE ever mention anything about the fishing pole? Seems like LE would say he had a fishing pole with him, It just comes off as MR trying to keep attention on the lake and not elsewhere IMO.
Quick question. I did some reading last night, but found myself very confused(not unusual). For manslaughter to be on the table, does both the defense and prosecution have to agree to it? Or does the judge just decide? Sorry if I'm confusing anyone and if it's a dumb question, this is just the...
lol thanks! I actually fault the prosecution more than I fault her. They didn't really prep her well enough for testifying IMO. I'm just glad I'm not on this jury lol I feel conflicted enough
IMO Rachel's attitude was very disrespectful. You don't openly complain about being questioned more and you don't talk back or roll your eyes at the lawyers OR prosecutors. Maybe it was youth or who she was raised around, but I'm the same age as her and I found it offensive. However, I don't...
I'm gonna chime in. I don't think there is any way of telling what exactly happened that night. I don't think GZ got out of his car intent on killing or shooting TM. I think he got out so he wouldn't lose sight of him. Not saying his actions were right, but I don't know if he actually did...
I'm not condoning the mom's choices, but I think a lot of people expect evil to look evil. They don't expect a nice old man offering to buy clothes for their children to be evil. That being said, she didn't use the necessary caution that could have prevented this. At the same time though, he is...
I don't know how many times this has to happen for it to be universally accepted that there are no changing these people. We give them too many chances. It's sad that they can manipulate our system just like they manipulate their victims. This is horrific :( RIP Charish. So sorry this happened...
Hoping and praying this baby is alive and safe, but this sounds bad and his story doesn't make sense at all. 2 weeks your baby is missing and you have to be told by someone else to finally report it?! Does not add up at all :(
Poor baby. I think more needs to be done about child abuse in this country. Too many cases where abuse was ignored and the child died. So awful :( RIP Gabriel.
Maybe he had bloody clothes, but told LE he tried to help his sister(CPR, checking pulse, ect) or something and that's why he had blood on him and LE couldn't prove right then and there he did it until they went through the evidence.
