Well I reread it and everything in it was already in that presser they held. I’m not disputing the fact that they worked within the framework of the Kansas state statutes.

As far as I can see this ‘new’ information from the news channel is the exact statement the DA and chief read in the press conference that was broadcast live. I didn’t read anything that wasn’t already released.

The DA also stated Emily Glass is and was the only suspect in this case.

There were some details of the timeline and lots of justifications why certain charges weren’t brought due to Kansas laws or lack of laws, but mostly I heard the DA on defense.

I didn’t hear any mention of cadaver dogs in the summary. That simple obvious step would have answered so much from the beginning.

That is what he stated. That he had ‘forgotten’ to turn on the recorder. I don’t necessarily believe that’s true and with no impending trial of EG I doubt the DA will compel DM to turn over anything further. The more time that goes by the more obvious it becomes what a poor job of investigating...

I wonder if dcf already knows what the da’s report says and they felt it was safe for them to say what they did cause maybe they figure they have cover. I guess we will find out something eventually. It’s beginning to sound like a no fault case which will be total bs.
