I was thinking along the same lines the other day. It was said by several witnesses that WM was building up his business so that he would have something to pass along to DM one day. So why, when it is just getting off the ground (no pun intended lol), would WM hypothetically commit suicide? Not...
Ok so as promised, I finally have a moment tonight to now sit and write out my experience and observations in court this morning. (Sorry this may be a long post)
First of all, LB's mom was there with a few of her family/friends. It seems that she has been to every day of this trial which I...
Just thinking out loud. DM bought this gun in July 2012 and I guess got the illegal ammo with it at the same time. Was that the same bullets still loaded in it on Nov 29, 2012? Or had DM already used up all the originals bullets he bought and had to buy more?
I know there is no way to get an...
This whole cross felt so silly and reaching, IMO. I was waiting for Pillay to ask "Well, you didn't try standing on your head and shooting the gun to see what the mark left from the gun would look like did you? So you didn't try everything!"
It just felt so incredibly ridiculous.
If all...
Everyone was waiting for the Crown's "gotcha" moment in this trial and IMO, today had that moment.
IMO, the mic drop moment for the Crown is that WM's left hand had no GSR on it at all. The way WM was laying, he would had to have fired the gun with his left hand to shoot himself. Firing a gun...
I was just watching the full DM video interview and found something interesting. I will try explain it as best I can to see what others think of this.
Apparently the housekeeper came by every day, twice. Once at 9 or 10am and then again around 5 or 6pm. At the 39 minute mark in DM's video...
I was sitting beside Dungey the other day as he spoke to someone else and he was saying they have been in Millhaven until this trial when they were moved temporarily to the GTA.
Oh wow Ann Brocklehurst just tweeted that now a new pub ban has been lifted. It was in place until the verdict was reached in this case. I'm scared to see what will be revealed now.

There is new material now that we can report about the Bosma case. Pub ban...
Waiting for the verdict is so hard but now after meeting and spending some time getting to know LB's parents, I am finding the wait much harder. I so hope both DM and MS will be convicted of M1 and that LB's family can close this chapter once and for all.
I was also starting to wonder about the jury not having any questions in a few days
To me it either means they are clicking along and being thorough OR it means there are a few hold outs that need convincing.
I'm assuming there aren't hold outs to convince thorough or else there would be...
Considering the jury has worked straight through dinner the last two nights and possibly tonight, IMO means they are close to a decision. If they were far from unanimous I can't seem them working through the dinner break.
