Today they formally charged him. He goes back to court on Sept. 12th. That's when the state will present evidence against him. Not sure when he will enter a plea.

I see nothing wrong with the public memorial being televised. But read on another blog, that individual bloggers are lighting a candle and sending up a balloon at 10 on tuesday, since they can'tbe a the memorial. I think it is a great idea.
