Or better yet maybe someone CONFESSED!! Once the file for WDS moved ahead in state court.... I bet it got real stressful for the guilty. New evidence uncovered forcing LE to re-open? Will be interesting to find out. I hope a reporter quizzes SDLE about this.

Maybe LE finally handed over the file..... or better yet have decided to re-open the case and do their jobs.

The wheels of justice turn so painfully slow. August 8th, 2014 is the next court date for this case. "Civil Case Management Conference scheduled for 08/01/2014 at 10:30:00 AM at Central in C-67 William S. Dato."

I just checked no new documents on file yet. Maybe by the end of the day?

Good catch Carioca. I listened to the tape again. Definitely a loud noise from a distance....it does seem like a vocalization by a dog or human.... even though AS is breathing heavy close to the phone...so who or what is it? Why in the world is that part missing.... it just boggles the mind...

Excellent point Betty P.! I find this very suspicious on the part of SDSO. It benefits them not to hand over evidence so they can't be made fools of. It seems deliberate that SDSO are waiting well past the civil court deadline. It is obstruction of justice that the SDSO seems to want to hold...
