This is what I have been told. Questioned and released, told they would contact him if they needed anything else.

I got a phone call back today from my old neighbor, the guy who lived downstairs consistently. CC has been in contact and has already been questioned apparently and released.

I will confirm that those are the initials of my old neighbor. So that means that he had to have been staying there prior to April... the drifter was gone a lot, would disappear for a few days to a week and then show back up downstairs. So I guess that is where he had been staying when he wasnt...
