What about Benjamin Richard Connor? He is from Nebraska which would make sense and was living a transient life tjat led to him not being reported missing until 2004. He fits the physical specs exactly. Im having issues posting a picture:-\

I think he may be too short and his hair looks really curly and light IMHO. He does have an Oklahoma connection though, which would go with the hat.

My sister worked at Perkins and they did not wear that type of shirt (at least in CO) they wore green polo type shirts if I remember correctly. That said, it could have been different in Texas.

What about Davette Kathryn Gaunt? She matches specs and I think Davette could be Suzette she was also known to go by Dee. She was last seen in 1993 and had the btown blonde hair. Thoughts?

The PIL tattoo almost certainly is a reference to Public Image Ltd. punk band. I wonder if there were any punk music shows/events taking place in that area near that date. They often took place in industrial areas and warehouse venues durring that time. Just a thought.
