Apropos of very little: Working occasionally with cable ties I can appreciate him being fussy about the ends being clipped off flat with the saddle of the tie. In a limited space you have a much reduced chance of being scratched by the clipped ends if they are flush and neat.

Stupid question perhaps, does anyone have an email for anyone involved in this in the WA Police? I may have a tiny snippet of background info.
