Kolar thinks BR did it all including the ligature asphyxiation and possibly the redressing. He reckons BR exhibited Sexual Behavior Problems (SBP) which was part motivation for the crime. I'm not a 100% on that, then again I've not seen all the evidence Kolar has. . That's very interesting...

I may be wrong but I don't think JBR could reach that latch, she'd be on her tippy toes, then have the ability to grab the latch and pull it to open it too? Not buying it. As far as JR explaining away evidence, his fingerprints and DNA would be on household items, no need to explain that...

I suppose the chair may have been used to unlock the latch to the WC door? By someone too short to reach!

I'm going to be sending samples to the few handwritting experts that personally worked on the case. I've been on the most part an IDI...until the Burke interview. Technically now I'm a BDI. Until I saw this. So I'm second guessing myself seriously.

What do you think? Of course I'm giving it away until I get some feedback.

I am not sure how this all works. I came across some writings and I am floored by some of the similarities. What do you think?
