Not one person I know in Janesville views Rich Hall as anything but a co-conspirator who should be right there next to Jim in Dodge Correctional Institution. You guys couldn't be more right. Innocent people don't need immunity. :maddening:

His plea bargain was 20 years and 20 years parole. The judge declined the deal. He got 45 years, hard time and 10 years parole. He will probably not get out of prison in his lifetime. I'm so sad.... crushed. For both sides. The victims family was CRUSHED, and Jim's family (kids, mostly)...

IMO, there could not ever be enough punishment, even if she got the max charge and death or lwop. It's never enough. Not for this one.

I'm actually certain there is someone who knows where that gun is. However, whether they'll impeach Hall is questionable. Hall knows for sure.

I agree, wtf, and I just want to say one more thing. Hall is only under immunity unless he can be impeached. And ya never know! Someone just might know something!!!
