I'll add a couple things/corrections- In the Disappeared episode, it stated Katelin was dropped off around 9 am by Mom to SF's house. Also, Katelin's fiance received a text around 2 pm, around the same time Mom got a text saying she was at the airport, stating she wouldnt be going back to Arizona

That's really good news about more detectives assigned to the case. The only way this case is ever going to be solved is by interviewing and reinterviewing the roomates and hookah lounge people, look for inconsistencies in their statements, give lie detector tests and basically shake them down...
