The picture of Caylee supposedly opening the sliding glass door is not showing her OPENING IT!! It is a picture of a small child, MAYBE Caylee, STANDING by the door with her hand on the door. That is a BIG BIG difference and I hope whoever closes for the state brings that up!!

Maybe the people riding in the car with CA could not smell the decomp because of the weed smoke that baez so clearly elicited from one of the witnesses?

I would ask him is he REALLY believes his client is innocent! And then I would dare him to tell the truth!

I voted that "yes" I would lie IF it meant that she would not get a death sentence. However, "NO" if it was just to get them out of a pinch! Death is different.

I believe that Dr Spitz had a meltdown at the Spector trial when he was asked about how much money he was receiving for his testimony.

It was amazing watching Dr. G today. I was surprised that Mason did not attempt to make it appear that Dr. G was in it because of her t.v. show. That somehow it was to further her "star status" and gather viewers for her series. Dr. G is a genuine angel in Caylee's court!!!

The thing that irritates me the most about the trial so far is the swagger of Baez, along with his rude treatment of witnesses. And another thing is his trying to pretend that he knows what he is talking about. I do not believe that he has done his homework on the things he is cross examining...

did anyone get the name of the item that JP mentioned to the attorneys that they "should read" before any decisions are made as far as the greif information?? all i was able to hear was "angrand vs t" "teak" "tea" i did a search for it but could not find anything.......

Remembering at a recent hearing when GA was asked by Baez if he would do anything to help Casey and he said "yes", well I guess that is what he is doing now....keeping his mouth shut and letting Baez paint him as a pedophile......an abusive parent......a liar.......an accomplice to this comedy...

I am so tired of his trying to put the smell on the "garbage" from the trunk........it was trash.......paper, cans, food wrappers, OH, lets not forget the body.....
