Just a quick speculation - if IM was not bringing home a regular paycheck - and RM was.... i would assume that their medical insurance would be paid through his job - (in NY a family of 4 paying on their own would be outrageous!) .... if he took off, and is not contributing through his paycheck...

on the new facebook page - *bill* stated that the trip was booked on the day he went missing. maybe that's what pushed him over the edge - the final arguement being about how much it would cost to cancel......

maybe the $300 was what it cost to cancel the ticket? if tickets were bought - and he was adamant that he didn't want to go - maybe cancellation fee for his ticket?
