If push comes to shove my best guess is it was a morning abduction by a painter who had carried out work in her condo. As far as guessing goes it's all we can do isn't it? Call them opinions, even informed opinions but due to the lack of evidence or witnesses its all anyone can do. The...

Perhaps the POI is a painter or works in the food industry? He must have an identity. One thing for sure; he's elusive. It would be fascinating to be able to look through the bulging police files from this investigation. ALL the files. Theres a lot of them.

If the perpetrator was an ex or someone known to Jennifer who was the individual who dropped the car at HTOG? Untold numbers of people have studied the video of the POI and nobody has a clue as to who it is.

That settles the phone issue. The tracking dogs are still problematical. To my thinking anyway. I tend to think if she was carrying two cell phones, Ipod, keys and drivers licence it would be convenient to carry them in something. Was she wearing garments with pockets? Early on it was...

It's possible Jennifer's car was moved just to cause confusion. If that's the case it worked big time. According to calculations the car never travelled far. So just where is Jennifer?

Thanks flgrl17 for those attachments. The tracking dogs are still confusing. How did they track Jennifer's scent if she never walked that route. Dogs have a minimum of ten thousand times the sense of smell than that of us humans and it can go a lot higher than that. Surely the dogs tracked the...

This case hasn't been solved because: No crime scene No evidence No witnesses My best guess as to the car being left at HTOG is it seemed a good idea at the time. What has become of the mysterious DNA that was discovered nearly 20 years after the crime. It is claimed Jennifer was in her...

The problem with this case is the 'unknowns' outweigh the 'knowns'. I've followed this mystery since Feb 2006 and TBH I don't know much more 20 years later than I did all those years ago. Put simply Jennifer crossed paths with a predator. DNA was never considered for most of those years. It...

It seems we don't really know more than we did nearly 20 years ago. At the time Detective Richard Ring stated 'this is as close to a vanishing as I've seen." Many people have opinions on what might have happened to Jennifer but all they are is opinions. IIRC there were two prime suspects...

Has this investigation stalled again? It has been 5 months since the 'this case is not cold' announcement. That's on top of almost 20 years since the crime itself.

If they do have useful DNA the next step is to match it to a suspect. Some will be easier to access than others. Hopefully data bases will produce a result.

I'M still puzzled about where this DNA came from. Her car was gone a few weeks after the abduction. It's almost 20 years and there hasn't been a crime scene declared. Perhaps towels or some other items from her condo were kept as potential evidence. A terrible tragedy turned into a...

It will be very interesting where this renewed investigation leads. This mystery starts with POI dropping her car at HOTG . Just who was the POI? In the early days the tragic Tara Grinstead and Tracey Ocasio cases were considered possible links. Did Jennifer frequent the Florida Tap Room? Who...

It's over 19 years since Jennifer vanished and I wish FDLE all the best with their investigation. I do wonder what items they're working on for DNA and where those items came from. I know there are numerous bulging files LE have stored on this case.

There is video of the person who drove the car. It hasn't helped. As far as I remember the car was disposed of early on. It was leased. It didn't yield much evidence if any. It is believed the POI spent a little time wiping the car down. IMHO this is what a botched investigation looks like.
