IMO To my understanding it takes time for a prisoner to be transferred from one facility to the other. I do not think he has left Cherokee Co YET. Maybe he is in limbo, from Cherokee Co to ?? or since he has plead guilty then that moves him to another ? agency ? section ? of the process...
