That’s a good call. It could be a Berghaus. IIRC it was a fairly pleasant day, a lot of people in the photo - including Andrew are in T Shirts - but some people feel the cold more than others so that probably doesn’t mean much and it probably is a gilet.

Missing People should only forward it on if they believe it is worth sharing with the family. They may have been sent it many years ago and already dismissed it.

Does the bald man look like they are wearing a stab vest or a gilet to you? If I was able to get down to Trafalgar Square I would measure the balustrade to get an indication of the heights of the people in the photo.

I have never seen a reliable source for the time of the Covent Garden sighting. It is often assumed to be in the afternoon or it is just referred to as being after the Pizza Hut sighting. Both sightings are unconfirmed of course.

This is a very good point. It is clearly the wrong time stamp. The person who took the photo was indeed a tourist. I will try to compare shadows and look at other clues to guess what time it was.

Yes, foreground couple. It could be a woman. It probably is. They fit Andrews ‘look’ better than any other candidate I have found in years of searching though. It would be useful to go down there and measure the height of that balustrade so I could get a gauge on the persons height.
