kappy..my understanding is no one was overly concerned until later the afternoon. Perhaps James thought she would be back in time to meet the bus, since he initially thought she could have been with a friend.

MI - Jonathan Staat for sexual assault of 4yo girl, Holland, 2008

His ( Staap's ) parents ran a day care center so I'm sure there are more victims. The little girls father is is a rage over never being informed of the 2005 charge....when Staap got his hand slapped and 6 months counseling....this time around he has to register as a SO...like that will help :-(...

She is treating her as inhumanely/rudely as she did Melinda Duckett. I, for one, believe CS. She has owned up to her mistakes/misdeeds of the past. I doubt she has had the resources to pursue custody until now.

Trying to prevent lymphedema after breast cancer

I am becoming acutely aware of this. Was diagnosed w/ BC last August, have had 3 surgeries and am on chemo, to be followed by radiation. The nurse comes 3x a week and a PT twice. While they have said all mentioned above, I was also advised to wear no jewelry on that arm, no BP checks, no...

GUILTY NY - Nixzmary Brown, 7, beaten to death in Brooklyn, 11 Jan 2006
