According to The Martin's attorneys, they went back to Miami so they could attend their home church tomorrow. Given the history of this case I would be wary of trusting anything NBC reports.

As do those who have made the decision to join the crowd. Laws will be followed or there will be arrests because we are ALL responsible for the decisions we make and the consequences that follow.

So how do we explain it when a 12 year old is tried as an adult?
