Exactly. I'm truly amazed that most of the people on this forum aren't outraged by the actions of the judge and prosecutors. I asked a couple of times a few pages ago if they would advocate prosecutors lying or hiding evidence if it would secure a conviction and got nothing but crickets...

That didn't work for Jason Young after the first mistrial. Of course, the CoA threw the conviction out as well. But obviously the defense didn't have the upperhand in that retrial.

I have no problem with spin and interpretation. I have a problem with deception. Would you advocate prosecutors hide evidence if that evidence meant the possibility of acquittal?

And I don't care if it isn't evidence, I expect prosecutors to tell the truth in a trial. They represent the people and should participate in a fair trial. You never know when you might be on the other side wrongfully accused of a crime (that isn't a statement about BC.....just a general statement).

No intended offense her, but I would say sunshine05 is more invested (time and knowledge) than anyone on here. She has spent several years documenting this trial in her blog. Even if you don't agree with her conclusions, you have to respect the level of effort she has put into this.
