Does the Immigration Detention suggest they are going to want to know about every day he has been in the US, i.e. another hearing or just deport him? I already had thought it was going to be a long case, but I think it is going to get longer too.

I think she might end up going for option 3. I think if EB really wanted to try to get off the charges the Bond reduction hearing would have been more than just a token effort to get a discount out of jail for the meantime.

Yeah I don't think anyone needs to sugar coat words. IMO LE already knew she was gone before he went to check on "a" job. i.e. after the fire but kept it from EB, not sure why though just some random thoughts today and I think the 911 call was just a procedure while AB may have been playing dumb...

I don't think he neglected to answer the only question that matters. He said he didn't want to impede the investigation. If he had legal advice and it were to say he didn't want to impede the investigation, it's hardly neglecting to answer the question. But it sort of rounds down a time frame...
