Wow, the indictment specifies premeditation in the murder. I wonder if that's because of how long it takes to actually kill someone with strangulation, or if they have other cause to believe he actually planned this attack in advance. IMO

Two things from this: Looking at the picture of Anna with TH, he could have easily overpowered her. And if there had been a previous incident where he had once climbed on top of her while she was in bed, wth were they thinking sticking them in a cabin together at all? Poor Anna.

It doesn't exactly relate to your questions but your post got me thinking about the fact that the Yacht likely has GPS and perhaps the dinghy does not and whether that's pertinent or just bad luck in this case.

I totally agree with you. There feels a lot of cat and mouse going on in this case, and I think SG's messages were not random but done specifically in response to ransom communications, as well as with advice on how to appeal to the authors of the notes etc.
